Cancellation Policy

SolVyr Booking Policy 1. Purpose of Booking Each SolVyr creation session is a personalized, hands-on experience. Your booking secures dedicated time, materials, and preparation for your scent design journey. Because each formula is crafted individually, bookings are both time- and resource-sensitive. 2. Deposits & Payments • Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of $100 -$500 is required to secure your appointment or creation session. • Remaining Balance: Due on or before the session date. • Accepted Payments: Cash, card, or verified digital payment (Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or invoice). 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Late Reschedules (less than 48 hours): Require a new deposit to book again. • No-Shows: Result in forfeiture of your deposit. Because SolVyr sessions involve pre-measured essential oils, once preparations begin, materials cannot be reused. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. • Grace Period: 10 minutes. • After 15 minutes: The session may be shortened or rescheduled at your expense. 5. Refunds Due to the personalized nature of fragrance creation, all sales are final once blending begins. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please disclose them before your session. 6. Virtual & Group Experiences • NONE 7. Custom Formula Ownership Each SolVyr formula is co-created but full intellectual property remains with SolVyr unless, besides the2,2,2 outline remains with the creator. You will always receive your custom label bottle and scent profile story, plus formula rights stay with the creator. 8. Code of Conduct SolVyr experiences are intimate and creative. We expect respectful, calm, and collaborative energy from all participants. Disruptive behavior will end the session without refund. 9. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge understanding of this policy and agree to all terms. Our aim is to ensure every SolVyr experience feels professional, personal, and sacred—because fragrance is not just worn; it’s created.
